Jörg enjoyed his three-year long apprenticeship as chef in the famous Hotel Bareiss in Baiersbronn-Mitteltal.
After accumulating experience in renowned kitchens such as Jörg Müller on Sylt, Alfred Klinik in Colombi in Freiburg, in the hotel Tennerhof in Kitzbühel Austria and in Switzerland in the Relais&Chateau hotel Giardino, he completed his master’s certificate in 1999 in Bavaria. Due to his extraordinary performance he received the popular master’s price with a price money of 3000,- DM awarded to him by the IHK Munich. Furthermore, he finished his studies as state approved master of hotel management at the Bavaria hotel school in Altötting.
1999 he married his Jutta from Austria introducing her charm in the “Tanne”. The wedding was celebrated with a great celebration in the hotel. The second youngest member of the family is Sofie who was born on June 18th, 1999 the youngest member Katharina was born on January 2nd, 2003. Jutta Möhrle graduated from the hotel school Klessheim in Salzburg. Being a tourism manager, she loves taking care of the guest’s wishes and oversees the reception, holiday program for the guests and cares for the wellbeing of the employees. The employees are the greatest treasure for a medium-sized holiday hotel.
