Cooperation Miniköche
In cooperation with Hotel Bareiss, Hotel Traube and Hotel Sackmann we are in charge of the Minikochgruppe Baiersbronn.
Children between 10 and 12 years old from the region meet once a month and are introduced to the secrets of cooking and waiting.
Training
In the theoretical teaching the children learn interesting facts about food and a healthy and balanced nutrition.
The training lasts for 2 years.
